Job Summary

• Our client is looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all the activities of an ongoing project, from simple activities to more complex plans.

Job Description

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes

Qualification, Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc in Business Administration or related field
• MSc. Engineering and construction or related field.
• 5 years minimum experience in construction engineering
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in civil engineering
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
• Good knowledge of construction engineering.
