The EMEA (Europe-Mid. East-Africa) organization is seeking a commercial focused Product & Solution Manager.
This dynamic individual will strategize and execute out-of-the-box strategies for GTM (go-to- market) with Sales, Marketing and Channel business teams.
A key part of the role will be to play the bridge between commercial and business operations teams along with global business unit (HQ) responsible for technology and development roadmaps.
Specifically, the role will be own and manage the success and growth for the super successful Logix controller business incl. CLX & CMX portfolios, including the Automation Software.
This growth of this business has been in double digits over the past years and is strategically positioned with Rockwell SW portfolio and digital offerings.
The role will be responsible for plant-wide control and optimization solutions; all of which makes one of the highest P/L businesses for industrial automation.
Responsibilities
Specifically, your day to day will look something like this:
Communication & Collaboration is the most vital part of this role
Support, consult & drive end to end solutions offering to clients and prospects
Use tangible market intel. to input in GtM campaigns & towards senior executive reviews
Deliver impactful product marketing and launch strategies, follow up Product lifecycle management (obsolescence, transition, etc.), manage strategic pricing, and sales analysis.
Execute on EMEA business strategy, in alignment with the global strategy.
Regular interface with various regional functional groups for activity plans (sales enablement, technical training, commercial programs, commercial sales support, technical support, pricing, etc.).
Develop & Drive strategies and business models for market access channels like resellers, distributors, OEMs
Analyze addressable market sizes, competitive landscapes, in order to design outcomes based solutioning
Collaborate on logical architecture, pricing, discounts, delivery model, target market, etc. with pre-sales and sales organization.
Requirements
Who am I looking for?
5 - 7 years’ work experience in the realm of Product Management; industrial automation background will be a big bonus for this position
Have an outside-in approach with demonstrated experience matching customer outcomes with product needs
Challenge status-quo and focus on cross-sell and up-sell go to market approaches
Loves to be in front of customers showing solid problem-solving, communication skills along with influencing capabilities
English fluency, additional know-how in EMEA languages will be a bonus
Ability to work in a virtual and remote environment within a matrix organization
Regular travel within EMEA region and occasionally outside this geography (when possible)
