MealStickk is an online restaurant that is very particular about delivering excellent hygienic meals for people. In an era where 30%-40% of our population is busy and depend solely on meals prepared by restaurant and mini spots, it becomes something to worry about especially when we want to consider the hygienic and nature of meals prepared by these restaurants. So, we came in with this understanding to make meals that are healthy for our customers.

Mealstickk shawarma is done under very close supervision with fresh proteins and vegetables just to make sure our customers get value for not just their money but for their health as well. Our plan is to deliver quality food cut across diverse other meals which we are introducing shortly. It’s a journey, and since we’ve already begun, we are sure that lives will be touched, and our environment will be impacted.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work days: Monday to Saturday

Work Requirements and Skills

• ND / HND and its equivalent.
• 0 - 1 year of work experience.
• The ideal person should be a resident in or around Ikeja.
• Proven customer support experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Remuneration
N40,000 Monthly.
