Job Overview

• The Business Development Coordinator will provide support as an admistrative support staff and social media affiliate marketer.

Responsibilities and Duties
Administrative Support Staff:

• Corporate representation of the Alira brand both online and offline.
• Data entry and bookkeeping.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls, emails, and/or social media.
• Follow up with business associates/vendors.
• Keep a record of all Alira sale orders and expenditures.
• Idea generation.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Assist with making out-of-state deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Social Media / Affiliate Marketer:

• Corporate representation of the Alira brand both online and offline.
• Management of all online and offline line communications of Alira. This includes phone calls, emails, and social media messages/orders.
• Lead generation i.e., identifying and cultivating potential customers for Alira’s products or services.
• Post content on Alira social media using a content calendar.
• Report quarterly on all social media analytics.
• Manage content and posts on all Alira online platforms.
• Idea generation.
• Support with all content designs and content calendars.
• Schedule posts for the week.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Manage and make sales on the Alira affiliate marketing platform.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered educational institution.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent time management, people skills, and bookkeeping skills.
• Experience with social media marketing and promotion.
• Experience using online affiliate marketing sites
• Ability to handle customer demands and needs accordingly.
• Skilled user of Microsoft Office, Google products, and a graphic design platform.
• Ability to think outside the box by creating and generating new ideas to promote the business.
• Ability to build and grow as an affiliate marketer.
• Ability to meet deadlines, and targets and be accountable to the Alira management.
• Must own a personal laptop.
• The ideal candidate must display a willingness to learn and grow on the job and also be willing to display the necessary skills needed to grow the business.
