Learnsoft Consulting Integrated Limited was founded in 2015 by 4 directors who previously worked for 50+ years of combined experience in various roles in big software companies and startups who decided to combine their engineering, management and entrepreneurship experience to create a specialized, flexible and efficient company that can successfully deliver software solutions of any complexity and compete with bigger bureaucratic, cumbersome, giants.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

• The Senior Project Manager will lead and assist development of projects and programs that will establish quality objectives.
• He will also manage teams through all phases of the project life cycle including analysis, project design and development, testing, deployment, and final delivery.
• Oversee a department and team of project managers, and manage budget, scheduling, risks, stakeholder, etc.
• Interface directly with managers, employees, vendors, and others to clearly define project requirements and expectations.
• He will identify complex risks, lead reviews, create risk mitigation and implement action plans.
• Manage multiple projects individually and as a team, all simultaneously.
• Protect confidential and sensitive information.
• Enhance company and department reputation by accepting ownership,exploring new possibilities, and adding value to the organization.
• Maintain a strong understanding of business strategies, goals, and missions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee all company projects (internal and external) Resource planning and management
• Oversee acquisition of resources and materials.
• Monitor project schedule and ensure timely delivery.
• Quality Assurance Agent.
• Analyse economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards.
• Ensure stakeholder management and communication.
• Culture Change Agent.
• Perform any other duties as may be required by Management.

Key Performance Indicators

• On-Time Delivery of Projects
• On-Budget: Completion of Projects within budget.
• Process Improvements: establish and follow roadmap for evolution of processes.
• Customer / Stakeholder Satisfaction.
• Accuracy: Limited number of course corrections due to error inscheduling, budgeting, or resource planning.
• Quality Assurance: Alignment of completed development with owner specification.

Skills:

• Competent in the use Project Management Tools: Jira, Gnatt & Microsoft Project
• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demand
• A good understanding of DevOp.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science or related field Prince2 Foundation and PRINCE 2 Practitioner
• SCRUM Master with Agile Project Management Experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification added advantage
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• 5+ Industry Experience will be an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
