Suave Careers - Our client, a leading diversify conglomerate Company, who runs both Agro, Logistics, Investment and Real Estate Firm in Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop practical market strategies that will grow the sales of our real estate.
• Build and sustain relationships with individual and corporate investors whom will support the business via project financing.
• Attract investments into the company. Direct and oversee investments and fundraising efforts.
• Providing leadership to staff to attain the goals and objectives set by the board of directors. Build and sustain a marketing team to sell our various real estate products.
• Co-ordinate all the operations to maintain a financially viable company at all times.
• Be the face of the Brand and sustain quality public relations amongst all stakeholders.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Social Science, Humanities, or other related qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience as either Real Estate Marketer, Investment, Project Financing, Sales roles.
• Able to successfully raise funds from institutional investors or high net worth individuals.
• Must have a strong and high network of individuals and corporate investors to participate in project financing.
• Proven track record in previous Marketing roles.

Renumeration
Salary + Commission.
