Role

• We are looking for a focused, strategic, outgoing and social savvy executive and operations person who will develop marketing databases, marketing automation solutions, and tracking performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses. The Marketing Operations & Officer will have access to network of HNIs and penchant for luxury apartment marketing.
• The Marketing Operations Officeris also expected to function as operations person overseeing business activities as well asthe facilitate and report performance.
• This is an engaging and hands-on role and the Marketing& Operations Officer, therefore, is an individual who is highly capable of operating and excelling at the strategic and tactical positions.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and marketing strategy, advertising, product design and product promotional marketing campaigns.
• Content creation for various media platforms and outlets.
• Building a brand style guide that best captures the company’s voice and mission.
• Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
• Researching and developing suitable sales campaigns for the product.
• Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.
• Oversee operations performance and make recommendations as necessary.
• Develop a reporting template for activities on the facility.
• Monitor and record sales.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• 5 - 10 years work experience.
• Appreciable experience in luxury apartment short let/hospitality marketing.
• Working knowledge of industry standards, regulations and best practices.
• Familiarity with content creation, customer relationship management and other relevant software.
• Creativity, adaptability and familiar with current marketing trends.
• Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills.
• Friendly and warm persona.
• Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic bookkeeping skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Discipline and Integrity.
• People management skills.

• Luxury real estate marketing/operations officer specializes in the sale of high-end properties and are social media savvy. They work with clients who have a lot of money to spend and expect nothing but the best when it comes to the apartment to stay for short business trip or holiday.
