ProjectSALT Nigeria, a Manpower Development Company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Builder

Location: Mende, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities

• Carry out the project in accordance with the construction plans prepared by the Architect and Engineer in a safe and timely manner
• Manage the use of materials in site
• Identify, analyze and develop responses to potential risks and problems that may arise
• Ensure that the project is delivered within agreed timelines and schedule.

Requirements

• HND / B. Tech in Building or any related field
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Building and Construction
• Proven work experience in the Real Estate Industry is an added advantage

Skills:

• Good understanding of Architectural and structural drawings
• On-site construction planning and management skills
• Excellent Time management skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details
• Excellent oral, written communication skills and Presentation skills.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
