Role Summary
We are looking for a talented and ambitious rockstar that has a strong affinity for our brand and is passionate about design, language, storytelling, sustainability, social impact and building loyal relationships with diverse customers.
The Head of Marketing and Communications Lead will manage our online and offline communication and build Câm’s brand awareness.
You will be responsible for our digital presence and driving e-commerce growth - our e-commerce operations are fundamental to our business model and growth strategy. You will be responsible for brand management and developing our communication and content distribution strategies.
This includes email marketing, advertising, partnership development, and managing the overall execution of our communications goals.
Responsibilities
Developing, executing, and governing marketing communications concepts and programs for engaging various stakeholders in line with Câm’s business strategy and working closely with the CEO, growth, and sales teams for ensuring content alignment and feasibility of the concepts and programs
Promoting Câm’s products and services using events, online campaigns, print media, and other communications vehicles to coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
Driving analysis of patterns in consumer and market behaviour to identify areas of improvement in marketing strategy
Defining key targets and quality metrics for marketing communications initiatives and reviewing and evaluating results upon completion of the activities
Plan interviews and press conferences
Produce marketing copy for all channels
Craft communication materials and send regular newsletters with company updates, but not limited to internal articles, success stories, case studies, press releases, customer presentations, scripts, podcasts, market collateral, etc.
Track ROI for marketing campaigns
Researching, identifying, and selecting external marketing communications service providers and defining quality and delivery targets for externally assigned activities, monitoring ongoing progress, and resolving issues
Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries in collaboration with the sales team
Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
Gather customer feedback to inform sales teams
Report and efficiently communicate key findings and results to the executive team on a recurring basis
Role Requirements
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related area
+3 years of experience in a similar role
Familiarity with executing B2B and B2C advertising campaigns, especially via digital channels
Ability to optimise landing pages and user funnels
Executive-level written and visual presentation skills
Able to track and analyse performance data from retention marketing initiatives, and optimise positive results and insights to improve retention rate of customers.
Ability to find solutions to customer issues and engage team members across the organisation to bring about better customer satisfaction
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Basic knowledge in programming (Python, R, SQL) is a plus
Experience with Google/FB Ads, Google Analytics, Google Trends, Google Search Console, keyword tracking tools (STAT, SEMrush, Conductor, etc.), SQL and business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, PBI) is a plus.
