Job Title: IT Manager

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Infrastructure:

• Lead and Manage the current IT Infrastructure Landscape proactively with minimal down time.
• Manage a team of Server and Network administrators, Helpdesk and Desktop Support team.
• Be responsible for the IT Infrastructure consisting of Servers, Network, Telephone, VC and IM systems, Desktops, BCP/DR planning and Software Asset Management
• Manage projects that include setting up of IT Infrastructure at new facilities, enhancements in the existing IT Infrastructure and its maintenance.
• Ensure Security compliance for the safety of the Infrastructure by implementing world class security controls.
• Provide support on need basis to Group Companies.
• Introduce cost effective Infrastructure changes to drive online collaboration and communication.
• Ensure a robust system of backup strategy for all critical data.

Application System:

• Lead and Manage the current Application Landscape proactively with minimal down time and drive changes ahead of business needs. Is able to provide solutions ahead of business needs.
• Experience in managing & implementing ERP.
• Understanding of business process. Basic Functional Knowledge in areas of Sales & Receivables, Purchase & Payables, Financial Management, Inventory, Manufacturing etc.
• Support Software development teams in providing the accurate Functional Specification for changes to current ERP. Prepare the functional specification for the internal system changes and report modification as required and for the new report requirement.
• Providing Technical and Functional Application Support to users.
• Resolving recurring issues of users of ERP/CRM across locations.
• Manage the External Service Providers and drive adherence of SLA’s
• Prepare the incidence report for the issues not resolved locally. Co-Ordinate with support team on issues raised by the users which are not resolved.
• Manage the project activities for all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure for a new ERP
• Ensure availability of Business Application Systems with proactive management of downtimes.
• Drive the Analytics and reporting dashboards.
• Drive new projects IOT RPA etc.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Eng, B.Tech or M.Eng Degree with 7 - 10 years work experience.

Salary
N500,000 - N800,000 Monthly.
