We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the deployment of Generators to Telecom Sites, Telecom Warehouses and other clients
• Prepare Plan for delivery and Installation
• Assign Asset Tags for Generators to be installed at IHS Sites and MTN
• Request for Access Ref from client for Engrs to access site for installation
• Ensure that clients need is met as the project evolves
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule in conjunction with the project manager.
• Support Project Manager in delivering project to our clients.
• Installation and commissioning follow-up and quality monitoring
• Ensure all required project close out documents are obtained for proper invoicing
• Monitor project progress and updates different data trackers in excel for projects and reports progress in spreadsheets to customer and Project manager.
• Coordinate all Project Engineers to ensure project are delivered according to project scope and timing
• Get approval for necessary support for project engineers to ensure the work go on smoothly such as Transport fare
• Attend to warranty cases from clients (Telecoms).
• Ensure safe delivery of decommissioned generators back to customers warehouse with and evidence of return (TIV)
• Planning and Implementation of Technical Solution for power within Telecom Industry.
• Follow up on troubleshooting of Generator on site (Telecom)
• Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the work place, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies
• Any other task as it may be assign by the Project Manger.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND qualification in Mechanical Engineering. MBA or Master’s Degree in relevant field will be a plus.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in a large company or a group of companies.
