Job Title: Human Resources / Administrative Officer

Job Description

• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Maintain and update employee records on compensation, leave, promotion and termination.
• Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements
• Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administering payroll and maintaining staff records
• Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; developing and implementing policies on a variety of workplace issues e.gdisciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities
• Assist in coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new material
• Liaise with vendors, Landlords and service companies’ necessary payments and renewals.
• Assist in organizing and supervising administrative staff e.gcleaners and ensure adherence to policies and regulations

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND, BA or B.Sc qualification with 1 - 2 years of work experience.
