They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Group Security Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties
Planning:

• Planning and implementing comprehensive security strategies for Factory, Head Office and other locations.
• Collaborating with departments to determine security needs.

Leadership:

• Supervise and train the security personnel/guards

Security Operations:

• Plan and coordinate security operations
• Investigate and resolve security issues
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and security industry regulations
• Coordinating responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compiling incident reports.
• Keeping abreast of new technologies and advancements in security services.
• Update the organization on current security situations

Budgeting:

• Controlling the security operations budget and monitoring expenses

Verification:

• Carrying out background checks/guarantor verification exercises as required and provide feedback to the legal affairs manager/HR

Reporting:

• Develop reports for management on security status
• Review reports on incidents and breaches
• Gather security intelligence and implement security measures to mitigate occurrences. Any other work-related duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Educational Requirement:
  • B.Sc / HND in relevant courses.
• Relevant Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years cognate experience.
  • Experience as a security manager in a corporate environment is an added advantage
• Good understanding of Control room and Security technology
