Human Capital Partners (HCP) - Our client, a reputable Construction company in Nigeria, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• The role will be responsible for the image, visibility, and marketing of the company. These responsibilities are managed through Brand Management, Social Media Presence, and Direct Marketing.
• Create a specific brand identity for the company and ensure it is applied across the board.
• Ensure maximum visibility through branding of the company’s construction sites, vehicles, office, personnel, equipment, etc.
• Maintain an active presence across various social media platforms and the company website, with regular updates on company activity and pictorial work progress on sites.
• Visit every company construction site at least once in 2 weeks to ensure site conditions are in consonance with the company brand, take progress pictures and upload them across the social media platforms.
• Announce major events, new projects, etc.
• Handle the company’s advertisement.
• Identify the company’s target clientele, and design and implement marketing campaigns to reach them.
• Identify job opportunities and engage prospective clients with a view to getting the company invited to tender for projects and following up on the company’s bids.
• Handling company’s gift items and memorabilia for clients.
• Creating events and fora for the company to engage with prospective clients.

Requirements

• A First Degree in Marketing, Communication – or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a Marketing, Customer Service or Social Media role.
• Digital marketing skills are an advantage.
• Advanced understanding of strategic marketing and communications.
• Understanding of different marketing techniques and channels, particularly digital channels.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare specialized written materials.
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and high attention to detail.
• Strong judgment and ability to make well-reasoned independent decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including pleasant nature and ability to influence others.
