Job Title: Junior Product Designer (Remote)

Role Overview

• We are looking for driven passionate problem solvers and self-starters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, and business teams to create simple, intuitive, and human experiences for our users. If you love the journey of discovery through iteration and have relentlessly high standards for user-centered designs, this is the perfect job for you.

What You'll Do:

• Work with the product team, tech team, and business team to define the interface and experience of our products
• Develop and maintain design documentation (wireframes, mockups, user flows, and so on) to brainstorm across teams and communicate ideas
• Identify points of friction in the existing product and suggest improvements to design
• Think from the user’s perspective and provide requirements feedback regarding what must be in place for users to achieve their goals

You'll Need

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 working as a product designer or similar role
• Excellent analytical thinking skills, and ability to understand complex requirements
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Experiences using visual design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
