General Manager / Senior Manager - Business Intelligence at One of Nigeria's Telecommunication, ISP and Technology Flagship Companies

In order to meet our ongoing expansion plans, we are recruiting vibrant, resourceful, innovative and very experienced individuals to strengthen our Marketing team in the position below:

Job Title: General Manager / Senior Manager - Business Intelligence

Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

• Analysis of current products and Services identify gaps to correct processes and Technical IT configuration wherever necessary
• Source and organize relevant information from major functions across the business to reveal actionable trends & patterns that unlock revenue opportunities & ensure long term business sustainability
• Competition Monitoring & benchmarking against set KPIs
• Provide regular reports and data to Business for effective and quick decision making
• Provide data insights to Sales and Marketing team to help develop compelling product propositions and also gain higher subscriber & revenue market share Capture VOC and do regular analysis of Customer buying behavior
• Interact with IS and Network teams to generate reports to identify performance gaps
• Build the Business Intelligence framework Track competition's marketing initiatives and back it up with data to check the performance of the same Build Data science solutions for business functions to improve business growth and efficiency Identification of potential opportunities to drive data science in various business units
• Provide ongoing improvements in various areas such as methodology, statistical models dashboards to be presented, tools and modelling platform that can be used considering the existing infrastructure Use Analytics and BI to support business teams in achieving Revenue & Customer Market Share, ARPU growth, Product penetration and usage stimulation targets.
• Collaborate internally with all departments to build business models for growth and develop measurement strategies to track and monitor performance.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/ MCA would be preferred but is not mandatory.
• Analytical management experience
• Over 10 years of experience in Telecom and IT industry would be preferred . Good knowledge of MS Office, Access, SQL, Visio and various statistical techniques
• Product Management experience would be preferred
• Experience of over 10 years in Data mining and analysis would be an advantage.
