A Reputable Takaful Insurance Company operating in Nigeria is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Deputy General Manager (DGM), Operations

Location: Head Office, Nigeria

Educational Qualification and Experience

• University Degree in Insurance or Actuarial Science and relevant field. Master's degree in a management discipline will be an added advantage.
• At least 15 years' experience and 5 must be at Senior Management level in Insurance/Takaful.
• Must be an active member of the necessary insurance professional bodies e.g. CIIN, CIA and certification in Islamic Finance or Takaful will be an added advantage.
• A wide knowledge of the insurance industry and attendance inclusive Takaful trainings and workshops.
• Must have hands-on experience in Marketing and Technical operations.
• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
• A proven record of success in senior level management in the insurance industry and Takaful.
