Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security and Community Relations Lead (Hil_Hse/008)

Job Type: Contract

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a First Degree or a Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Social Sciences, International Relations, Political Science, or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Security Management, 3 years’ leadership experience of security assessment, planning and operational and security practices for high threat environments/ multi-national operations.
• Demonstrated success in public/community relations to include handling Land acquisition challenges and Community boundary disputes and Inter State boundary disagreement
• Origin and knowledge of State/Terrain /Culture
• Experience in liaising with communities, civilians, police and/or military government authorities as well as with regional institutions preferable
