Description of Amendment / Modification
The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide prospective offerors/bidders responses to questions received as follows:

1	The consultancy is based in 3 States, plus study transmission in Abuja, is contractor mandated to generate data or conducting meetings virtually as scope of the work or it must be only done at field?	Data is to be collected in the field across the three states
2	How many staffing capacity does Creative expect from vendor?	This will depend on your proposed methodology
3	How many contractors does Creative intend to engage for this project?	1 contractor
4	What's the plan for synchronisation activities of this project?	Being that there is only 1 contractor, the synchronization is to be reflected in the proposal of the offeror.
5	Who will provide logistics?	The offeror will provide logistics for the study and for making themselves available for the presentation at Abuja (Logistics for the activity in Abuja is covered by Creative).
6	And in case of capacity building within the project period, who will provide facilities,venue and refreshments?	There will not be any capacity building component.
7	Does Creative have budget limit for this project? If yes kindly notify bidders, for easy and accurate budgetary	Yes, however, this is confidential for Creative internal use.
