Job Title: Production Line Supervisor

Location: Along Lagos - Ibadan Expressway

Job Summary

• Assist the Production Engineer in the production process.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks
Duties Include But are not Limited to:

• Follow up the implementation of the daily production planning correctly.
• Convey the Production Engineer’ instructions to the production team.
• Lead his section’s team and maintain good relations while keeping the workers highly motivated.
• Ensure smooth shift start-up with proper manning on each machine.
• Recommend any improvement concerning the production process, efficiency and waste.
• Inform the Production Engineer, at the end of each shift, of the team performance, machine conditions and breakdowns.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control department in order to respect the required specs for the finished goods produced.
• Provide technical support for assistant Operators & Operators.
• Ensure the machines run ability during shift change.
• Prepare the weekly machine condition report & submit it to the Production Engineer.
• Follow up the maintenance job request & coordinate with the maintenance team the intervention on the machines

• QC non-Conformity

Required Job Qualifications & Competencies
Education & Experience:

• Technical Degree.
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in similar and related field (operation, breakdown & troubleshooting).

Special Working Condition:

• Ability to handle multitasks.
• Work in Plant / Manufacturing Environment
• Physical effort is required.

Job Dynamics & Interfaces:

• Internal: Production Team, Maintenance Team, Quality Control Team, Safety Team.
