Service Dimensions
Provide technical support in assuring integrity of static and pressurized equipment in asset.
Ensure all Piping, pressure vessels, Lifting equipment and PSVs are inspected and maintained according to COMPANY
Specifications (GS EXP 311), Risk Based Inspection (RBI) and the Mineral Oil Safety Regulations (MOSR) of the Department of
Petroleum Resources (DPR) and fit for purpose.
Ensure Inspection activities are performed within approved budget.
Ensure compliance with yearly inspection plan in accordance with RBI and GS EXP 311.
Provide technical support for all JV Operation sites with respect to Inspection and Corrosion
Job Description
Prepare the annual Inspection Program for all JV Sites covering all classes of equipment – Pressure Vessels, Piping,
PSV, Tanks, Structures and Subsea
Prepare annual facilities inspection plan for DPR and also prepare Quarterly reporting updates
Perform Risk Based Inspection Re-assessment using FAME+ V4 Software
Prepare data for the migration of equipment data to RBI Software (FAME+ Neo) in line with API 581 requirements
Prepare data for implementation of Risk Based Inspection for Pipelines and Jacket. Participate to the implementation
process under guidance from head of Methods
Prepare inspection programs for long term planning
Prepare written Scheme of Examination as generally required for all facilities
Ensure Inspection asset registers and database are kept updated
Under instruction from the Head of Inspection, prepare Scope of works for approved work programmes ensuring that all
relevant regulations, especially those governing the safety and health of personnel, are complied with.
Conduct Integrity assessment of all equipment and establish fitness for purpose/ remaining life
Prepare method work scopes for all inspection activities
Prepare / Validate / review inspection workbook in SAP
Prepare implementation and follow of inspection programs and plans
Ensure facilities integrity compliance in accordance to statutory regulations / COMPANY laws and specifications
Participate to the preparation of annual budget for inspection
Prepare and follow-up call for tender and inspection contract
Liaison with contractors in accordance with SOW
Adapt and Update inspection procedures
Implement and follow-up audits actions linked with Inspection activities
Relevant Information and Invitations to be sent to DPR and the insurance company
Provide/Assist in providing advices on QA/QC matters to construction team
Any other task as may be requested by inspection manager

Support site inspection activities for all JV operated assets.
Availability of facilities for inspection due to production constraint.
Availability of qualified contractor personnel for inspection.
Availability of appropriate/required tools/equipment.

Job Requirements
B. Eng. in Engineering discipline: Mechanical, Materials & Metallurgy, and Chemical.
API 510, API 570, API 580, CSWIP and other relevant international certifications.
Minimum of 5 years experience in similar functions preferably in the oil industry.
