• Our client is looking for a People Operations Lead who is excited to build out inclusive People processes, tools and capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• We are looking for someone who is excited about developing and implementing a people strategy that reflects our values
• Design, build and optimise internal processes to accelerate recruitment, engage and retain team members
• Develop novel engagement strategies that provide support to team members across their growth journey
• Execute and develop strategy for new growth initiatives/special projects as needed
• Manage critical vendor relationships and build performance tracking systems/dashboards for people functions
• Identify opportunities to automate day-to-day operations and processes

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience
• You have worked at a top tech company, consulting company and/or start-up, and have quickly assumed responsibilities related to HR/People/Recruiting/Professional Development
• You have a deep understanding of HR requirements in Nigeria - international experience is a plus
• You can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work using tools such as SQL and Excel
• You are curious by nature and interested in making a positive impact
• You can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute large-scale projects
• Familiarity with employee management systems such as Bento or Seamless HR is a plus
• Must know how to use Google product suite - working knowledge of Air table is a plus
• Strong academic/professional track record.
