Job Title: Event Project Coordinator

Job Summary

• Our client is in search of a project coordinator who will manage information and resources, helping to deliver projects on time and within budget, deliver a range of coordination and administrative duties that keep teams on track and clients updated throughout the life of the project.
• You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are being completed on time.

Roles and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitoring project budget, including financial performance and resource planning
• Organising and attending stakeholder meetings, taking minutes and distributing
• Compiling project status reports and presentations for senior management and clients
• Identifying and assessing project risks, and reporting to the project manager
• Providing assistance with business development, including coordinating, tracking, and writing project proposals
• Providing administrative support as needed, including filing paperwork and taking meeting notes

Requirements

• A Degree from a reputable university.
• 1-2 years experience as a project coordinator
• Demonstrated experience supporting a project through from initiation to completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with senior project staff and stakeholders
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
