Duport Midstream Company Limited (DMCL) is a leading energy company developing the first energy park in Nigeria, consisting of a 10,000 bpd modular refinery, 60million scf gas processing plant, 10million scf compressed natural gas (CNG) plant, 30,000 MT refined product terminal and a 20MW embedded power plant over 5 year period. The energy park is located in Otien, Edo state.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Site Accountant

Location: Egbokor, Edo

Job Description

• Ensure appropriate validation of purchase orders and effective management of Logistics on all orders.
• Daily Stock Analysis and control by approving all GRN, Waybills, Delivery Notes and other necessary documents.
• Generate invoices base on sales order. Maintains a listing of all inventory items at all locations. Ensure all inventory and Fixed assets are properly and completely setup in SAP.
• Physical verification and tagging of Assets.
• Tracking of both Inventory and Fixed assets movement & Transfer within and outside the Energy Park.
• Carry out a monthly stock count at all locations, reconcile differences between the various records and update in the system and present report to all stakeholder.
• Control over systems posting and reporting.
• Open and close monthly inventory module and warehouses in SAP and other software packages.
• Manage and track items-in-transit both physically and in the GL Prepare weekly and monthly or quarterly inventory report.

Qualifications & Experience

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related roles.
• 3 - 5 years' experience in oil and gas.
• Experience in Stores / Warehouse Management of Engineering Items + Bulk Liquid Movement Management in Oil and Gas.
• Must be resident in Edo state or willing to relocate ACCA/ICAN qualified.
