General Manager / Senior Manager - Digital & E-Commerce at One of Nigeria's Telecommunication, ISP and Technology Flagship Companies

In order to meet our ongoing expansion plans, we are recruiting vibrant, resourceful, innovative and very experienced individuals to strengthen our Marketing team in the position below:

Job Title: General Manager / Senior Manager -  Digital & E-Commerce

Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

• Drive the penetration and usage of Digital Properties like Café, TV and etc.
• Tie-up with major brands and content aggregators to enhance footfalls and
  transactions on our digital properties
• Work across various departments like Marketing, Sales, Technical & IS to develop winning customer propositions on the digital platforms
• Regular reviews with the management team to scale rapidly the ecommerce business for the next quarters
• Drive customer experience and profitability
• Own Customer Lifecycle on the Digital properties, build best in class self-serve
  shopping experience for customers
• Adept at SEO, SEM SMM, CER and Data Analytics to enhance visibility, discovery, usage and revenues of our Digital properties
• Influence diverse stakeholders without authority and dealing with ambiguity
• Position our Cafe as the one-stop destination in Nigeria to find, discover and use all their communication and entertainment needs.
• Forge alliances with brands to promote latest contents Generate and share daily/weekly MIS reports on platform/products performance and also capture
  customer insights
• Lead a team of dedicated Digital Team members to attain the organizational goals.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, MBA in Marketing with experience in Digital Marketing would be preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development and technology
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery on the ecommerce space
• Experience in Google Data Analytics, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization would be preferred.
• Marketing experience in Ecommerce Company would be preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Visio and Excel.
