Job Title: Fashion Brand Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Job

You will be playing a key role in Kolisa Clothing and Designs expansion. To date, the brand has been focused on made to measure, and is now turning its focus to ready to wear.
You will have a pivotal role in the direction of the brand as it launches its next collection.
Expect to be implementing strategies that enable the brand to grow, via marketing and internal process updates.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Drive success for the brand by building strong relationships with partners and ensuring customers return
Analyse the performance of campaigns to identify opportunities for growth, such as new product development and photography improvements
Be a sounding board for key business decisions the CEOs want to make
Stay on top of communications with customers and implement new systems to help with their issues
Work enthusiastically with our customers to create lasting memories that provide opportunities for the business
Communicate with our design team to improve social media strategy and content updates
Be an ambassador for the Kolisa brand by wearing the clothes and personality advocating for the brand
Be responsible for surfacing issues that might be impacting our brand such as staff problems/issues
Use your knowledge and understanding of business trends, changes and issues that affect our space to help move the brand forward

Requirements

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
