Overview

• Do you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and you are seeking for an opportunity to work in a food production, processing, and packaging business? If so, we have the perfect progression opportunity for you!
• You will act as an active Marketer for the Food and Agro Business and the key to success is using your hustle, self-direction, collaboration, communication, and social skills to effectively achieve sales target and grow business revenue.

Responsisbilities
You’ll be Great if:

• You drive awareness and contributing to marketing and advertising plans to expand brand presence
• You can promote and sell the company’s range of food and drinks products
• You follow up on leads generated through roadshows, advertisements, social media platform and factory visits to ensure all sales potentials are realized
• You can advise customers based on their distributorship desire and develop relationship and activation plans
• You can prepare and execute go to market plan to achieve desired monthly sales targets
• You make regular sales calls to targeted distributions, supermarkets and stores
• You develop and implement strategies to increase the effectiveness of sales, both individually and as part of a team
• You make decisions based on established policies and procedures whilst achieving sales target and maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Responsible for executing food and drinks business strategies to achieve sales revenue and business growth

The Person

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Marketing or related field
• 1+ year proven experience working in sales and marketing role
• Strong retail sales background – preferably with experience in food processing, production and packaging business
• Understanding of food and drinks marketing and sales strategies
• Candidates with sales experience in food processing, production and packaging business will be preferred

Skills Required:

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• Strong client relationships with exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport over the phone and in-person
• Willing to work independently as well as in a team, taking initiative to ensure tasks are managed effectively and efficiently

• Salary Range – N65,000 – N100,000 per month depending on experience
• Additional commission payment (uncapped with exponential multiplier increases)
