We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

  • Are you energetic and able to ensure priority of matters of attention for the COO is well handled while exercising professionalism and discretion? Do you have time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate CEO’s needs? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for progression for you!
  • We are looking for a reliable, resourceful, and detailed oriented Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner and the eyes and ears of the Chief Operating Officer, in ensuring smooth running of the business and delivering business priorities.

Responsisbilities
You’ll be Great if you can:

  • Work directly with the COO to support all aspects of work routine
  • Maintain the COO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, engagements, and exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs
  • Serve as a liaison between the COO, employees, and clients
  • Organize and distribute items to customers and ensure customer satisfaction Determine priority of matters of attention for the COO; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate
  • Keep the COO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Schedule meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas
  • Follow up on payment due, maintain reconciliation of invoices and payment made
  • Control and manage stock, handling the dispatch to customers
  • Attend meetings, take notes of discussions, and prepare initial summaries/meeting outcomes
  • Routinely perform other support duties and/or alternative duties as assigned

The Person

  • Minimum of OND in any Business-related field
  • 2+ year proven experience working in related role
  • Good computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • The preferred candidate must be able to Drive and must have valid Driver’s License.

Skills Required:

  • Resourceful with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
  • Team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the business
