Job Summary

• We are searching for a stylish, skincare-conscious, and hard-working Skincare and Fashion Consultant to join our team to help our clients determine their skincare needs and recommend products to enhance their appearance based on those needs.
• Also, help our clients discover their fashion goals and work towards them. As a fashion consultant, you will assist clients to define, develop, and improve their personal images by helping clients pick out clothes to be worn for special occasions and everyday outings.

Responsibilities

• You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to
• Consult with clients to discuss their skincare concerns.
• Listen to clients’ fashion goals and develop a plan to help them reach those goals.
• Recommend products that fit a client's needs and budget.
• Educate clients on how to use skin care products and provide product demonstrations.
• Ensure the pieces and outfits you select fit the client’s preferences, style, body type, and budget.
• Respond to questions posed by customers online, by phone, or in person.
• Plan, organize, and participate in fashion and beauty events and conventions.
• Design appealing online store displays to attract customers.
• Order new skincare supplies and maintain relationships with clients.
• Research new skincare and the latest trends in fashion and maintain knowledge of cosmetics and fashion.
• Initiate sales, manage payments, and maintain a proper report system.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion & Beauty or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the fashion & beauty industry.
• 2-3 years of cognate working experience as a Skincare and Fashion Consultant or a similar position in the beauty and fashion industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to remain up-to-date on the latest trends in the fashion & beauty industry.
• Outstanding sales skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment as and when required.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail for accuracy.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
