Job Description

• We are looking for dynamic, energetic interns who are eager to join FlexiSAF where they will be fully immersed in the world of software development. You will carry out tasks and learn alongside innovative and inspiring leaders, gain valuable experience working on real-life solutions garnered towards education in a corporate setting. 
• Primarily, the internship is based on a self-study approach using a well-structured and curated Internship Program Curriculum closely supervised by the Internship Coordinator who will monitor and keep track of your progress.
• Furthermore, Interns at an advanced level stage will be expected to undertake tasks assigned by a Product Team Lead, in upcoming projects as well as assisting with ongoing projects which will allow them to gain experience working in a professional software development organization. 
• This program is open to students seeking SIWES placements, recent graduates seeking NYSC placement, Graduates seeking Post-NYSC experience and students seeking industry experience.
• It’s our hope that the experience and exposure gained during the FlexiSAF Internship Program will give you a solid foundation for your career in future.

Requirements

• Basic working knowledge of Java; understanding of Back End Development frameworks such as Spring, Flyway, Quarkus is not mandatory for beginners.
• Be analytical and possess mathematics skills.
• Excellent Organization Skills.
• Accountable via set metrics and performance indicators. 
• Excellent Time Management Skills.
• Resourceful, troubleshooting aptitude while being result-oriented.
• Open to learning.
• The Ability to work with a team is important. 
• Apply knowledge gained in computer science or software engineering courses to real-world challenges.
• Advanced stage interns will be required to complete a fun yet challenging technical project with other FlexiSAF interns.
