We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Offline Marketing and Events Lead (Nigeria)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research
• Develop robust knowledge of all product services
• Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues
• Attend relevant trade shows and events
• Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns
• Build PR programs and ensure their smooth running and progress.
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
• Plan and insure Press, Media, Radios, TV appearances
• Participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Assist the marketing team in all activities (production, campaigns, projects….).
• Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities
• Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of the different campaigns.
• Others could possibly be linked to the position according to the needs of the team.

Qualifications
The Field Marketing and PR manager should be:

• Comfortable with English
• Creative and curious
• Must be a confident communicator and presenter
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
• Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships
• Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
• Possess the ability to keep information confidential
• Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms
• Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude
• Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
• Strong ethic worker
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Required Education and Experience

• You have a University Degree from a top school.
• 1 - 4 years work experience.
