Job Title: DevOps Engineer

About the Role

• We are looking to hire a DevOps Engineer who will create and implement systems, analyse data to improve the existing structure and generally take ownership of our DevOps pipeline.

Responsibilities
What you'll do:

• Responsible for setting up CI/CD Pipelines across different platforms and tools for various projects.
• Perform database related maintenance tasks.
• Analyse current technology in use and develop processes to improve and expand on it.
• Define and design procedures for system troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
• Build tools or processes to reduce the occurrence of errors and improve customer experience on the app.
• Work with the Engineering team to develop standards and implement best practices.
• Write scripts for the development of DevOps tasks.
• Perform incidence management and root cause analysis.

Requirements
What we are looking for:

• 2 - 5 years experience as a DevOps Engineer in the financial services industry.
• Possess in depth knowledge of build and release tools.
• Experience deploying scalable backend systems to AWS, Google Cloud etc.
• Production experience using modern infrastructure tools like Docker & Kubernetes at scale.
• Proficiency with scripting languages like Bash & Python.
• Proficiency with Git and other version control systems.
• Problem-solving skills.
