However, in 2009 it became incorporated as a limited liability company under the Nigerian law by the corporate affairs commission. Our goal is to provide haulage and logistics services using our innovative and insightful thinking capabilities to deliver superior results required for value creation and organizational growth. Our focus areas include: Haulage services, Logistics and fleet management, Loan Work out/ Debt Recovery and Auctioneering services.

Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Location: Calabar, Cross River

Job Description

• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics procedure on vehicles and equipment.
• Record observations and findings during diagnostics run and decide on the correct method of repair, as necessary.
• Plan and organize Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) and delegate specific tasks to concerned section/mechanic.
• Provide on-the-job training as well as coaching and mentoring to mechanics.
• Responsible for the implementation of HSEQ standard within the workshop area and stocks replenishment.
• Conduct final check/test driving for all vehicles/trucks prior to release.

Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Eng. in Mechanical or related fields from a recognized University or Polytechnic.
• 3 - 4 years cognate experience in the role.
• Must be between 26-30 years and completed NYSC or have an exemption letter.

Required Skills:

• Flexible in work operations with a sound judgment informed by extensive practical knowledge and experience.
• Proficient Computer skills, planning and administrative skills.
• Experience gained from heavy duty vehicles is required.
• Well-honed leadership and management skills; with an ability to motivate others.
• Must be able to work under intense pressure and be willing to travel.
