Joza Global Logistics (hereinafter referred to as Joza) commenced operations in 2007 as a private enterprise (Oxdi Global Ventures). However, in 2009 it became incorporated as a limited liability company under the Nigerian law by the corporate affairs commission. Our goal is to provide haulage and logistics services using our innovative and insightful thinking capabilities to deliver superior results required for value creation and organizational growth. Our focus areas include: Haulage services, Logistics and fleet management, Loan Work out/ Debt Recovery and Auctioneering services.

Job Title: Fleet / Tracking Officer

Locations: Lagos and Calabar - Cross River

Job Description

• Supervising and organising of the fleet operations.
• Ensuring truck drivers adhere to schedule and route destination of trucks on the highway.
• Ensuring strict compliance and enforcement of existing company policies and procedures Ensuring quick response from truck repair centre and optimum utilization of resources.
• Tracking of vehicle and truck locations by GPS system.
• Monitoring company's transport fleets, truck drivers' performance and delivery locations monitoring.
• Identifying and also keeping records of delivery diversions, on-road exceptions and taking immediate action.
• Developing and presenting daily tracking reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Social Science, Engineering or related fields from a recognized University or Polytechnic.
• 1 - 2 years cognate experience in the role.
• Must be between 25-28 years and completed NYSC or have an exemption letter.
• Applicant must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and power point.

Required Skills:

• Computer skills, planning and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of work team concepts and productivity standard in a truck repair facility. Effective oral and communication, innovative and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under intense pressure and willingness to travel.
