Intern Optometrists at the Federal Medical Centre, Keffi

The Federal Medical Center Keffi came into being April 2000 on the facility of the old general hospital keffi built in 1957 by the Premier of the defunct Northern Region; Late Sir Ahmadu Bello Sardaunan Sokoto. This Development i.e. the takeover, was sequel to a pronouncement by President Olusegun Obasanjo the previous year, 1999, shortly after assuming office as the democratically elected president. He announced then, that 44 Federal Medical Centers would be established across the country with a view to bringing healthcare delivery services to the people at the grassroots level.

The Governing Board and Management of Federal Medical Centre, Keffi is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Intern Optometrist (CONHESS 08)

Location: Keffi, Nasarawa

Job Requirements
Interested applicants must possess the following requirements:

• Doctor of Optometry Degree from a recognized Institution.
• Provisional Registration/License with the Optometrists and Dispensing Registration Board of Nigeria (ODRBN).

Salary & Allowances

• Salary and allowances will be in accordance with the Public Health Service Salary Structure.
