We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Director

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Basic Conditions

• Be able to seriously study and implement the CPC's basic theory, basic line, basic strategy and a series of deployment requirements of the CPC Central Committee on the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, identify with the core values and corporate culture of the Group, Sinoma International and the Company, and have a strong sense of dedication and responsibility.
• Have the professional knowledge and practical experience necessary to perform the duties, have good professional ethics and personal conduct, strictly abide by the principles of honesty and self-discipline, and be honest and trustworthy;
• Have pioneering and innovative spirit, have strong sense of market competition, dare to try and change, familiar with modern enterprise management, have strong decision-making and judgment ability, operation and management ability, communication and coordination ability, ability to deal with complex problems and emergencies, and good at capturing business opportunities and preventing and controlling risks.
• Under any of the following circumstances, you may not participate in this selection:
  • Being under investigation by judicial organs or investigation by discipline inspection and supervision organs;
  • Being punished for violation of discipline and law and has not reached the prescribed period or is affected by admonishing, organizational handling, disciplinary action, etc.;
  • Being included in the list of untrustworthy executors;
  • Failing to perform the duties or not performing the duties correctly, resulting in major losses of state-owned assets, and being investigated and dealt with by the way of prohibition and restriction;

• We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for formulating the sales strategy and planning of roofing system products and organizing the implementation to achieve the sales target;
• Be responsible for the promotion, marketing channel construction and after-sales service of roofing system products, and participate in brand building;
• Be responsible for the building and growth of the sales team, cultivate professional sales team, establish incentive mechanisms for the sales team, and motivate sales staff to develop and maintain customers;
• Be responsible for market research, industry analysis, in-depth understanding of the industry, grasp the latest sales information, and provide a strategic basis for the Company's business development and price positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above;
• Five years or above professional working experience in production management or marketing, with 3 years overseas working experience;
• Experiences in production management and marketing in the territorial country are preferred;
• Have English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, be able to communicate fluently, and be able to work abroad for a long time;
• Nationality is not limited.
