About the Role

• We are looking for an IT Solutions Engineer who will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining the IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has experience handling off-the-shelf products and managing cloud platforms.

What You’ll be Doing

• Being responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining the IT infrastructure.
• Ensuring all the IT systems that support business function efficiently.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining operating environments.
• Responding to any problems effectively, speedily and maintains a professional demeanor.
• Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure.
• Documenting all reported malfunctions and taking actions in response.

What You will Need for this Position

• 4+ years of overall experience in IT and 2+ years of experience in the same capacity.
• Hands-on experience with integrating and configuring tools such as Identity platforms, Antivirus etc.
• Outstanding knowledge of Google Suite Platform.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Products including Dynamics ERP.
• Hands-on experience in Networks, Servers, Storages and desktops configuration.
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming or scripting language (Python, JavaScript or Bash preferred).
• Knowledge of MDR, Threat hunting and Digital Risk Protection.
• Excellent knowledge of Azure AD, Okta or any other Identity Platform.
• Excellent Information Security Knowledge and Implementation.
• Mobile device management and inventory management tools and process automation.
• Knowledge of no code / low code platforms and solutions.
• Implementation of Corporate Security i.e. Password Management tools.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Products management.
• Experienced in defining and implementing processes.
• Ability to mentor team members while providing feedback and guidance.
• Great Communicator and Team player: Ability to work independently and within a team on assigned tasks while keeping stakeholders informed of progress, setbacks, and updated timelines.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Must be able to prioritise tasks as per business need.

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of Terraform or Ansible.
• IT Support experience in a fast paced organisation.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP).
• Working knowledge of key AWS services and their features (VPC, EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, SNS, SQS, Cognito, Route53, IAM, Cloudwatch).
• Deployment and configuration experience with Okta, MDM.
• Knowledge of Circle CI and automation CI/CD Pipeline.
