Job Summary

• Brand and Digital Managers is responsible for understanding what makes our target audience tick, and for developing marketing campaigns that position our brand according to those motivators. These marketing campaigns will not only drive customer engagement but will further define our brand's reputation and image in relation to the market.
• Responsible to set up and manage the company's overall digital marketing strategies. You will play a vital role in accomplishing our business objectives and goals. You should have demonstrable experience of working with major technologies and marketing channels.
• Responsible for E-commerce division decision-making for the website, social media accounts, and online advertising. You will also be responsible for research and development of new online marketing strategies, and corporate news

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement all advanced digital marketing campaigns e.g. Pay-per-click (PPC)/Pay-Per-Performance (PPP), Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Search Engine Optimization(SEO), Email Marketing, Send Marketing Messages (SMS) campaigns.
• Manager and formulate E-commerce strategies that will enhance the companies' online shops and adjacent platforms
• Build and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure the overall ROI and KPIs of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Identify current marketing trends and insights.
• Optimize the costs and campaign performance based on these insights.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Conduct consumer and market research
• Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market
• Design a research-based brand strategy
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message
• Communicate our brand personality internally and align company around foundational ideas
• Lead marketing team members through campaigns
• Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns
• Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date
• Optimize the costs and campaign performance based on these insights.
• Develop creative digital marketing growth strategies.
• Plan execute and measure conversion tests to create strategic planning accordingly.
• Work with internal teams to create landing pages and improve the consumer experience.
• Use your analytical abilities to assess the experience of our audience over multiple channels.
• Help in setting and optimizing marketing funnels (e.g, click funnel, conversion funnel, etc).

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate with cognate experience on similar roles.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience on similar role with evidence of outstanding performance
• Expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behaviour, marketing analytics) culled from years of hands-on experience in the industry and in the marketing field.
