We are looking for an experienced Programs Manager to join our growing Programs team. The job holder would be responsible for managing the entire Programs team.
The Programs Manager is required to know and deploy cradle-to-mastery learning solutions that are totally unique to the market.
Job Responsibilities
Multi-Level Management of our Three Flagship Programs - The Fellowship, NextGen and Career Advance
Responsible for the strategic development of the business, creating a strong business plan for the present and future vision of the business.
Oversee the development and implementation of academic and administrative regulations, policies, guidelines and procedures
Ensure excellence in the quality of learning with the consistent review and development of teaching and the programs
Develop strategic projections of programs and staffing requirements including the budgeting of all expenditures and the development, identification and projection of long‐ and short‐range requirements for budget preparation purposes
Partner closely with global leadership teams to identify and improve overall Programs offerings.
Oversee the coordination of the studies curriculum for the 3 Flagship Programs - The Fellowship, NextGen and Career Advance, providing learning support as required.
Deploy all academic programs to provide quality learning with overall consistency to meet the needs of the marketplace
Network with industry professionals to discuss new developments and trends and to obtain feedback on curriculum effect
Manage quality assurance systems and relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the provision of the required information as due
Champion new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Develop and track the annual budget and operating plan to support all the programs
Develop funding proposals, assure and provide funds and other basic resources for the programs.
Define the vision, develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the programs
Coordinate the development of a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and identify areas for improvement
Assign preliminary tasks, budgets, and schedules
Set common processes, procedures, guidelines and tools that will be employed
Provide a System for Quality Assurance
Assigns heads for each project that is encompassed by the program
Provide overall planning, monitor the schedules and budgets
Make sure that everything is coordinated and synchronized within the program.
Qualification & Experience
University Degree or relevant professional qualification
6-8 core institute/program/academics management experience, experience in edtech is required.
A dynamic and self-driven individual who is comfortable in an environment where priorities are dynamic
A self-starter with consistently strong motivation to get things done, and not afraid to learn from mistakes

A leader who thrives in ambiguity, identifies and quickly captures opportunities, and is unrelenting in the pursuit of the Program's success.
Possess strong organizational and influencing skills and uses data to guide decision-making.
