About the Mobile Engineer Role

• We are looking to hire a skilled Mobile Engineer with prior experience to create and maintain mobile applications for Android, iOS, and Windows devices.
• To be successful in this role, there's a need to combine your knowledge of UI and UX with insight into the latest technology in mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).
• Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean, readable, and testable code.
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions.
• Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
• Design interfaces, and develop new features and user interfaces from wireframe models to improve user experience.
• Liaise with the product development team to plan new features.
• Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards.
• Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends.
• Ensure the best performance and user experience of the application.
• Fix bugs and performance problems.
• Cooperate with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience building mobile applications with react native.
• Typescript knowledge is a plus.
• A fintech background is also a plus.
• Good understanding of data structures.
• GCP knowledge is a plus.
