Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• We are seeking to engage brilliant, knowledgeable and competent Quantity Surveyor into our construction team.
• Main duties are the basic responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor covering both pre-construction cost estimation and on-site project cost management.
• Major goal of the role is the delivery of project within projected bill of quantities and where possible, effective cost minimisation without compromise of quality specifications.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a First Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 3 years experience in BOQs for construction projects
• Experience in on-site project cost supervision
• Sound Knowledge of construction process
• Extensive market knowledge of construction material and products
• Proficiency in excel and other construction cost management softwares
• Professional qualification (NIQS Registration) will be added advantage
• Age: 27 - 35 Years

• Excellent knowledge and savvy in the use of Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
• The ideal candidate would be an intellectually sound graduate of Quantity Surveying with proven practical experience on complex bills for civil works and building projects that is willing to develop and endure in a stable career under a long-term-planning construction company.
