Job Title: Marketing Supervisor Trainee

Location: Mushin, Coker Market, Lagos

Job Description

• We require the services of a smart and energetic Marketing Supervisor Trainee to help drive our sales and grow the business in Nigeria. The ideal candidate must have penchant for hard work, focused, with a strong interpersonal skill.
• The candidate must be resourceful, organized, and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new ways to market our products.

Responsibilities

• To conduct market research, identify useful information and report same to the company.
• Ability to cultivate strong and sustainable relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing relationships in the market.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand and analyze changing market trends, and make valuable suggestions to the company.
• Ability to closely monitor and understand the movements and activities of competitors, and report same to the company.
• Ability to successfully encourage team and complete specific tasks and other assignments given by the manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent.
• 1 - 2 years relevant work experience in Business Development, Marketing or other related fields.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft office proficient, good research, planning and reporting skills are a must.
• Adapt to short-term business trips.
• Must be a team player and good leadership.

Work Condition

• Remuneration: NGN100,000 monthly (net) or plus (subject to the performance)
• One week off (9:30am-5:30pm).
• Annual bonus (subject to performance)
