Gossy Warmsprings Limited (GWS) is a subsidiary of SaroAfrica International Limited (SIL), operating in the Food and Beverage sector of the economy. Gossy Natural Spring water that has been a participant in the Nigerian water industry since 2003. With the Production facility at Ikogosi-Ekiti and the water distribution Pan Nigeria, the water is sourced from the Ikogosi Warmspring a known geographical wonder, with zero additives and naturally infused with several minerals that guarantee its drinkers health & general wellness. We give out nature in bottle, unadulterated pure Bottled water. We are endorsed by the Nigeria Heart Foundation (NHF).
He/She is charged with the responsibilities of delivering set targets in territories assigned. He / she is to primarily oversee sales activities in Southwest, Southsouth, Southeast and Abuja.
He/She is responsible for constant engagement of Hotels, Canteen, Restaurants,Top-stores, Hypermarkets / Supermarkets, Distributors, to ensure availability / visibility of Gossy Natural Spring at all times in the stores while delivering agreed volumes, values, market shares, & distribution objectives of these channels.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensures strategy and coverage plans are executed
Adhere strictly to approved coverage plans.
Coordinates the MSR attached to distributors for optimal markets' coverage.
Monitor MSR deployed to territory.
Conduct Constant immersion to the field to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities and winnings plan to achieve business objectives.
Develop new & existing customer base with new customers & manage existing customers to deliver set monthly targets.
Develop new & manage existing markets to deliver set monthly targets.
Ensures sales to customers are done upon release orders from the BA & 100% collections from all credit customers before, or on stock delivery.
Ensures Credit Limits are approved & adhered for all customers.
Prepare & submit credit proposal list
Work with Logistics department, Production, Account and external bodies (where necessary) to ensure smooth running of business
Provides trip reports, weekly report, month, Quarterly, Yearly reports and some occasion reports as requested.
Continuously seeking out ways and means of reducing customer service / delivery costs at all times
Provides regular verbal & written feedback to all associates working directly with him/her in the achievement of the above deliverables with the clear objective of ensuring 100% strategy execution. Furthermore, he conducts Quarterly and Yearly appraisals of all these Associates using a robust and clear Balanced Scorecard linked with the Strategy of both the Territory and Company.
Maintain incident free record on company assets -Cash, Product, Motor vehicle, Computer, etc.
Achieve assigned Sales & Marketing goals, execute activities and operations are within approved budgets, and specified profitability.
Adhere to operational rules, policies, & guidelines -Sales, Cash handling, Incident reporting, Resumption / Closing time, Dress codes, Expenses, etc
Actions in line against winning attitude, customer driven, innovation, sense of urgency, & acting responsibly.
Maintain knowledge of the market and analyse GWS’s key competitors, to make recommendations on the implications for GWS
Provide regular customer feedback to aid our product development and marketing teams.
Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skill
Adhere to all internal governance communication and meetings.
Other Responsibilities:
Continuously ensure processes are followed and improved upon by adherence and proposing ways of improvement
Collaborators and Vendors management
Provides reports of functions on weekly and periodic basis as may be needed as at when due
Any other job that may be assigned by his/her supervisor.
Qualifications / Experience
Minimum qualifications of OND / HND / BSc Holder (Any Discipline) Fluent in English, and Computer Literate, with at least 3 years’ experience.
Age:26 - 30.
