Job Title: Digital Sales Account Executive

Description

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, dynamic and established Digital Sales Account Executive to join our Performance Team in Kenya.
  • We need someone who has strong organisational and people skills as the position requires daily communication with our clients and agencies.
  • The ideal candidate will have established relationships within the digital media industry and is mature enough to work independently.
  • You will be trained on Yahoo but general client relationship and account management skills must already exist.

Responsibilities
The role comprises of the following responsibilities:

  • Drive and grow existing account revenues
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Provide day to day support to your portfolio of clients
  • Manage and build client direct and agency relationships
  • Report on campaign performance
  • Ensure your clients are kept up to date on any new product offerings and are educated on Yahoo's capabilities
  • Liaising with your Account Managers and Brand Strategists for day to day support
  • Prepare and present proposals
  • Fulfil all role functionalities associated with sales and account management
  • Daily pipeline management and other related admin

Requirements

  • Digital Media Sales experience (min 5 years)
  • Experience in selling Google Ads (or similar)
  • Knowledge of Google Ad Suite
  • Exposure to programmatic display advertising
  • Knowledge of the SA digital agency landscape
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
  • Good numerical skills
  • Ambitious, team player and a positive attitude.
