Role Overview

• We are looking for a super skilled and creative Social media and content strategist to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will lead all social media developments and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at increasing our brand awareness and online presence/traffic.
• Since you’ll be leading our team of strategist, you should have excellent multitasking skills and a strong sense of leadership because you will be handling all of our social media accounts in a cohesive way.
• The right person is comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our company’s web presence is aligned with our marketing strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Achieve marketing targets through the design of social media strategies.
• Create or reword and publish original, high-quality content on the website and all platforms.
• Keep content on social media up-to-date.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Product development teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches.
• Maintain a strong network by communicating with industry professionals via social media.
• Deliver training to team members on social media strategy and encourage engineers to write.
• Identify a target audience, their preferences, and tailor matching content.
• Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or Social Media Manager
• Sense of leadership and initiative.
• You're authentic, honest, and creative.
• Highly evolved communication, verbal, and writing skills.
• Strong research skills
• Strategic thinker
• Creative and compelling storyteller.
