Job Description

• We want to speak with you if you live and breathe digital marketing.
• We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Establish, manage, and grow our social media presence.
• Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and compare results to goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Determine trends and insights, and then optimize spending and performance based on the findings.
• Create innovative and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, carry out and evaluate experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages and improve user experience.
• Apply strong analytical skills to assess the customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Optimizes user funnels and conversion points
• Work with agencies and other vendor partners to achieve your goals.
• Evaluate new technologies.
• Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements and Skills

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proven digital marketing work experience
• Proven leadership and management experience in SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Exceptionally creative, with prior experience identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Knowledge of how to optimize landing pages and user funnels
• Knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments
• Thorough understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Practical knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Knowledge of how to set up and optimize Google Adwords campaigns
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Analytical prowess and data-driven thinking
• Keep up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
