We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Ikate - Lekki, Lagos
Job Type: Hybrid, Full-time

Job Summary

• A Recruiter is a professional responsible for finding potential employees for the company they are employed by.
• Recruiters source and reach out to talent and ensure they're a good fit for the company.
• In addition, they can help potential employees negotiate and even follow up after being hired to ensure things are going well.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any related field
• 6 months - 1 year work experience as a recruiter
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills.

Remuneration
N50,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
