Job Summary
The IT Tender Specialist will ensure contract compliance for procurement and supplier contracts.
Candidates will monitors the tender submission process for formatting.
Write and Design Methodologies for IT Projects
Carry out Market Research and Cost IT projects according to client’s deliverable,
Ensure completeness, consistency, and compliance
Print, bind and Package, arrange company profile for bid submissions,
Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process, etc.
Responsibilities
Prepares tenders, IT company profile and standardized tender templates and documentation for submission of IT projects.
Design methodology, work plan, approach and work plan for IT-related jobs and projects
Carrying out market research, evaluate and Cost IT Projects using according to their specification, using Excel sheets.
Must be able to use Corel draw for basic designs such as Letter head, Cover page and editing of documents and company profiles
Prepare and defend proposals for IT Projects
Reply to correspondence, letters of IT related projects using Microsoft Word
Provides assistance in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and specialized mainframe technology or operates a multi-platform computer environment or monitors the production scheduling, execution, and successful completion of production jobs;
Maintains a list of qualified vendors, especially as related to planned tenders
Compilation of various inputs to create a more complete tender proposal
Monitoring deadlines of tender submissions
Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance to IT templates
Liaises with the team to prompt them on an ongoing basis with respect to Tender requirements and Tender status
Assists in preparation and/or review of Tender Documentation Packages comprising of Instructions to Bidders, Contract Form, General Terms Conditions, Bid Forms, etc.
Assemble and maintain internal Procurement documentation relating to the tendering process, including recording management approval relating to tendering and contracting actions.
Maintains tender files and arranges their archiving upon Tender completion
Prepares Tenders status reports and expected timelines on a regular basis and when requested.
Assists with the development of procurement software applications for the Project Implementation Team.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-4 years work experience.
