Job Description

• Vast product knowledge of cosmetics products and fragrance.
• Bring professionalism to bear on the job by delivering excellence customer service.
• Maintain the staff schedule, supervise employees, manage inventory.
• Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the department.
• Arrange the shelve with understanding of FIFO & FEFO.
• Your duties also include overseeing the sales of the store, tracking profits, and working with the products or sales counter when necessary.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the fragrance division, primarily in consumer products.
• Attend to relevant trade shows and industry events.
• Set store wide goals and ensure your staff are meeting them. Inspect the areas in the stores and resolve any issues that might arise.
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display.
• Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
• Ensure the store fulfils all legal, health and safety guidelines.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc. in any course.
• At least five years’ experience in cosmetics/beauty/perfumes and also worked for at least two years at a managerialposition.
