A leading Christian institution in Lagos State is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Officer, ICT Support

Location: Lagos

Job Description
Amongst other duties, the candidate will:

• Ensure the provision of superior service through the maintenance, enhancement, and efficient operation of IT functions for educational and administrative purposes.
• Be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of IT operations and systems, as well as the line management of IT officers and associates.
• Research, recommend and implement innovative applications of ICT in education.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, 4 of which must be as the head of IT in a well-structured technology-oriented institution of learning
• Not older than 35 years of age
• Excellent technical knowledge of PC Software and hardware, including knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards
• TCP/IP, Routers, switches, firewall, Mikrotikic RouterOS winbox and user manager experience
• Google Workspace, Google cloud and Microsoft Office support experience
• Excellent research, written and oral communication skills Knowledge of Android technologies, smartphones, LAN, and Wi-Fi configurations
• Excellent knowledge of, and experience in education technology.
